The Journal of Digital Terminology and Lexicography (JDTL) is an international, peer-reviewed, diamond open access journal which serves as a platform for examining, debating, and documenting the continually evolving landscape of specialized knowledge and language(s), supported by technology.

JDTL supports the work on innovative design principles of terminology resources and formats, original approaches to data-driven specialized lexicography, as well as research challenges like multilingualism and cultural context, increasingly driven by user-centered design principles. Its comprehensive scope embraces various facets, including the evolution of digital terminology across languages and cultures, the impact of terminology on different specialized domains like medicine and law, the documentation and standardization of digital resources, as well as the evolution of technical communication.


We are pleased to announce that the Journal of Digital Terminology and Lexicography has been accepted for inclusion in the Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ).
